Anessa Wide Leg Jeans

I had high hopes for these jeans, but alas, I was disappointed again. I liked the color and was fine with the amount of stretch, but I would have tried a size down if I'd been considering keeping them. However, the shape was somehow awkward, and they looked dumpy on me. The fabric seemed heavy for the cut, and the legs didn't hang well. I'm high-waisted, so that may have been part of the issue. I'm returning these, and the hunt continues for a "dressy" pair of dark jeans.

I wanted to love these jeans. Way too much stretch for me. I could tell I would not like them after they were worn for a while. The wide leg was also wider than I wanted. I would size down in these jeans. Purchased a 27 which is my usual size.
