Paid full price for "used" shoes
I purchased these boots during the annivery sale. These boots were not part of the anniversay sale so I paid full price ($238.00) for the boots. The Nordstrom salesperson placed the online order for me. The boots arrived at my home in a timely manner. I wore the boots for the first time last week. One of my clients stated that there was a tag on the underside of the boot. The tag said "Nordstrom Rack $89.00". I paid full-price for new boots and received a Nordstrom Rack product. Very disappointed. I will be returning the boots to Nordstrom and expect a FULL refund.
