Recieved used pair of shoes

I cannot believe norstroms sent me a used pair of shoes. How does someone package these with very noticeable wear on them and think any customer would be ok with this. This is an embarrassment for Nordstrom. These shoes are super cute but dont send used products!

Adorable but slippery
