HORRIBLE
Ordered online, received the sunglasses in a plastic bag only. The sunglasses were too large and loose so I returned them via FedEx and Nordstrom claims to have trouble “validating” the item even though FedEx has proof of the delivery. Nordstrom refused to refund me! Beware seems to be trend.

It almost seems like it had been stretched out. So wide that it would slide down my face and fall off. Also wanted to note that it arrived with no case, no box, just thrown into a plastic bag.
