Elevated Party Dress
This romper is perfect! The fabric and color are so elevated and the rhinestone bows are such a nice embellishment. I like the fitted body and the length of the romper is just short enough that I don't need to hem it, and I'm 5'2". The puff sleeves are so stylish without being too big.
