Alondra Beaded Cocktail Dress

Absolutely beautiful dress. I'm 5'1-5'2 wearing 3 inch heels for reference and a 32 DD cup size. Dress did give a little back spillage but enough support to wear without a bra. Feels like it weighs maybe 1-2 lbs (?) but by no means feels like it's dragging you down. As previous review says, the is on the longer side for us shorter girlies so will need hemming. Also found that it has a sea-foam green tint in broad light but a beautiful champagne when not in direct sunlight. Overall very happy with it!

This dress was absolutely gorgeous when I first tried it on, but after a couple of hours the threads along the bust were coming loose and just generally falling apart. Think the straps might be too thin for the weight of the dress, very sad because I loved this dress but definitely not the quality for the price. Also runs small, the medium was most comfortable when I'm typically an xs/s.

This dress is stunning. I love the illusion of clothes but no clothes vibe it gives. That being said, it’s extremely delicate. The sequins and beads are highly prone to falling off. Even in person at a store, I have yet to come by one of these dresses that doesn’t have at least one section of missing beads or sequins fraying. It’s not super noticeable, but it’s an issue for a $300+ dress. Based on this, I’d recommend buying this one secondhand at a lower price. Even brand new you are likely to have missing beads, so might as well buy secondhand and save. For sizing reference, I’m 32ddd, size 6 with a mom pouch. 5’5 and the dress needed heels for sure but was good with heels. As you can see in others photos, this dress is very sheer and will require a body stocking or other nude undergarments.
