AllTheFeels^™ High Waist Slim Flare Pants

I packed this these for a trip and when I went to wear them they had wrinkles that could not be removed until they were washed. I did notice that they had noticeable wrinkles behind the knee after wearing them. If the photo is used, the color is actually black, but this was taken at very close range.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. The tags were missing, there were signs that someone wore and returned these leggings, they were not even the correct leggings at all. Then I tried to call customer service and a bot answered and told me I had to return the item, while the leggings I paid for are now sold out. This is so distasteful

I ordered these two weeks ago and received the incorrect pants in the order. I called Nordstrom to let them know the issue, returned the incorrect pants, and submitted a new order. I received the new order today and once again received the SAME incorrect pants. They repackaged the pants I told them were incorrect and sent them right back to me! Where is the quality control?
