Biggy Logo Graphic T-Shirt

I purchased this shirt from Nordstrom online and picked it up at my local Nordstrom rack in downtown Los Angeles. When I arrived at the order pick-up area, a friendly associate handed me the shirt and instructed me to open it to ensure it was the correct size and fit. I appreciated her advice and proceeded to open the package. To my surprise, the shirt was the right size, but it had a few issues. First, there were white deodorant stains on the inside of the shirt, and there were sweat stains on the inside of the neck area and around the collar. These stains appeared to be dried sweat. I was deeply disappointed and upset because I had planned to wear this shirt to a concert, and now I couldn’t. I immediately went to the register counter and requested a return and refund. I was shocked that such a poor quality product could be sold at Nordstrom, considering their reputation for providing high-quality items. This experience has made me hesitant to shop online with Nordstrom in the future, and I may consider avoiding them altogether. Note, it’s probably best to go into the store to make your purchases rather than ordering online to avoid these type of issues.
