Alba Leather Hobo Bag

This bag excited me on concept of shape (bucket, throw everything in) and somewhat minimal pockets. It comes close to a "regret" purchase in that it doesn't fall comfortably on the arm as much as I'd like for an everyday bag that you walk around the city with. Yet, I use it often. For me, just not sure it's worth the price tag if I had to do it over, but an okay handbag. Like many bag purchases in-store at Nordstrom in my experience you have to sometimes settle for the floor sample which may be dusted of scuffed. Ordering from another store isn't always the best option either; you may get a floor model from elsewhere shipped (this happened with a Tumi bag I bought and a tag was missing from it). Still love in store shopping at Nordy, just pointing out some vulnerable misses that are a part of the shopping experience.

The thing I don’t like about it is that you have to consciously connect the magnetic closure otherwise it’s wide open and it’s not as strong a magnet as I would like to make the process easier. For me if my bag stays opened, it will spill in my car, etc. and so I just find the snap magnetic closure could have some improvement. Otherwise, so far I really like the bag. I’ve only had it for three days so we shall see.

This is a beautiful bag! It's well constructed, and I've already received multiple compliments on how great it looks. Perfect for toting everything to the office while looking more chic than a backpack. It does have an open top, so may not be best for inclement weather, but it holds a lot and can even fit a small-to-medium purse along with a laptop, water bottle and other misc.

Wonderful bag from All Saints! This bag should be manufactured again because its just a great bag. I love the inside leather treatment. Smooth, not rough. It is deep enough and strong enough for everyday use. And quite stylish for casual and business casual wear. Right now, the bag is hard to find, but I hope All Saints will remanufacture this bag. It's a classic and timeless.

I should have listened to reviews. Bag came today and I was so excited to wrap it up and give it for a gift. It came all used up looking. SCRATCHED everywhere, bottom of bag looked like it had dried up chocolate on it and of course scratches there too! Disappointed and I’ve never bought anything AllSaints and I can tell you this will be the last time. Come on Nordstrom your QUALITY CONTROL is going downhill! Leather is horrible! I’m seriously upset receiving bag like this but I should have known with it being considerably dropped in price. So mad about this purchase
