Helen Floral Top

Love the print and shape of this blouse. I typically wear a small in tops but ordered this in a Large since the sleeve taper in at the largest part of the arm to create that puff sleeve look. Also there is tulle in the shoulders and it is itchy. The rest of the top is roomy and the print is to die for. Not sure if I’ll keep it due to the uncomfortableness of the tulle in the shoulders.

This Designer runs very small overall-at least one size. The bell sleeves and shoulders felt dated. The deep v neck was difficult to style as an every-day shirt and the piece was too expensive to keep for just occasional wear. Also, the material felt cheap especially for the price tag. Overall, it was disappointing and went back to the store.
