Embellished Cold Shoulder Column Evening Gown

I really loved the way the front looked, but the zipper in back left my backside bumpy. I'm not sure if my torso is too short or if it's some defect, but for the price I'm not willing to overlook a bumpy back. The straps were also a bit loose which may have contributed to the problem, but it cut great otherwise. Im 5'5 180 lbs & ordered a size 14.

I bought the navy dress and contrary to an earlier review, mine is true navy (not dull purple). This dress checked the boxes I was looking for in a dress --- the overlay and draping across the torso and waist minimizes my mid-section and being in my mid-60's, the draping on the arms offers enough coverage to make me feel comfortable with my bare (somewhat flabby) arms. This dress comes in a sparkly version that was way too sparkly, so I was happy to find this non-sparkly version... this dress has just enough going on, with the overlay and side jewel clasp, to make it elegantly classy. For your info, I had mine tailored to mid-calf as a cocktail dress and it looks awesome!

I loved this dress!! I had bought and altered another dress and didn’t feel comfortable. This dress is light weight and moves with your body. The sleeve gives you a “younger flare” , but age appropriate. Navy is beautiful against a white dress. I weigh 126 and am only 5’1. The dress fit perfectly covering the stomach area and I just had it hemmed. Price point is also amazing. Do not hesitate to try it. I will also be able to wear it again!

Great dress! Easy to wear. Flattering and forgiving.! I bought this when ordering dresses for my daughters. It’s the wrong color for me to wear to my son’s wedding but I’m keeping it to wear for another function. I’m 56, 5’7, 160 lbs. This dress hangs well, feels great, is age appropriate, and provides cover and flattery in all the right places.
