Poor Service
I ordered this for a gift for Mothers Day. It arrived with no tag smelling like perfume, clearly a used return. Why would it be sent out like that? Went to return in store today at Walnut Creek, they could not care less. They brought out some ALC returns to see if I wanted to exchange, nothing the same style as the top, so strange. Nordstrom service continues to deteriorate. I stopped going in store because of it and now even online is bad.

twisted bands throughout-
Really expensive top and so disappointing to “splurge” and they couldn’t bother to send a quality piece. Feels and makes you look crooked, poorly constructed. Bummer cause the fabric was amazing and had such potential.
