Albula In Hooded Jacket - Men's

I ordered this jacket based on the Mammut sizing chart, and the sizing is a bit off. I appreciate when sites give measurements for models wearing the apparel. That helped in making my decision. The model was said to be 6'3" tall, wearing a size Medium. It appeared there was plenty of arm length, etc. However, when tried this jacket on, the sleeves were just barely long enough for me. Not to mention, if I raise my arms even slightly, it feels as though the whole back is going to rip because it pulls so tightly. It's a bad fit for something that's supposed to be active/hiking wear. One should be able to move freely in the jacket. I don't know if the jacket is defective or the sizing is just off. For reference, I'm 6'1" and 180 lbs. I'm pretty slim. But, this jacket is just off. I tried calling to facilitate an exchange, and was told to use the return label included with the package. There is none, as there are no returns or exchanges through Expert Voice. Seems like a bad policy, and this will definitely inform my future orders. But, there should be some option for exchange or return; especially when using their recommended sizing charts or for defective product. If it helps anyone else, I would say to size up with this jacket.
