Aisling Shift Romper

This dress was a miss for me. It had the right idea but the slit up each side is way too high. It is loses any sort of shape even a looser fit that you would hope to get from a Lilly shift. I love the print but the way it’s modeled on does not show how high the slit goes up. I wish they would have shown more of this because i probably would not have purchased. The description says high slit but it is almost past your rib cage.

Super drapey! SHORTS ARE SEPARATE, which is awesome. If you’re between sizes, go with the lower one. Shorts have a stretchy waist band.

I love my corn romper. It's true to size (size 6 for me), and I love the 100% cotton fabric (note: does not stretch because 100% cotton), but there is some elastic on the shorts which is perfect place to have stretch. I love the detail of the corn zipper pull. There is one detail missing that I think would elevate the classic romper to a new level: pockets on the shorts. I keep absent mindedly going to put my hands in the pockets and they're not there. I guess pockets are not really throw back, but wow would they be amazing. Otherwise, fabulous.

I got this adorable corn tunic and shorts set and a matching corn dress for my toddler daughter. It's super cute, figure flattering, and very 60s.

Love this set! The colors, design and fit! I love that I can wear it together or the shorts separately. Adorable!

When I saw this silhouette I was obsessed! As a vintage style enthusiast, I love the way this harkens back to the tunic/short sets from the 60s and 70s. I had to have it. The only thing I hesitated on was sizing. I normally find myself between a size 4 (chest and waist) and 6 (hips), so I was nervous if I went up a size the top would be too loose, and if I went down a size the shorts would be too tight. Ultimately, I decided to run with my usual Lilly size (4), and was pleasantly surprised at how PERFECTLY the overall fit was. The shorts, being what I was most nervous about, seemed almost tailor-made to my figure; the partially-elasticized waistband cinches you in, but the cotton blend still feels comfortable yet sturdy! The tunic is also beautifully crafted, with a long zipper on the back (instead of being a few inches long or just a keyhole with a hook and eye). This detail really lends itself well to someone who can't always toss things over their head to put them on. I'm so pleased with this purchase that I'm considering getting the other print of this style, too. And if it returns in even more patterns, I'll probably consider those as well! Please keep the Archival Revival going!
