Received two pairs of used Jordans

I understand these were purchased at a sale price, but both pairs I received were clearly used—not just tried on. They appear to have been worn for multiple days and then returned without even being cleaned before being shipped to me. Both pairs had dirt on the soles, heavy creasing on the toe boxes, were laced the way the previous owner had them tied, and didn’t include the spare laces. These were intended to be gifts, so receiving them in this condition was especially disappointing. If I had known they were this heavily worn, I would not have purchased them. I don’t mind buying items on sale, but I do expect the condition to match how they’re represented.
