Received a leakage bottle.
Dear Customer Service's Sir/Madame,
I received the package and found out the cap is disfunction and cannot be completely closed, as a result, 1/4 of oz. was leakage.
Should I return my order--> I just wonder when you receive the returned package that maybe 1/2 of oz. was already leakage.
Please let me know what should I do.

herbal smell
I had tried a facial cleanser with the same scent before and liked it so much that I bought the lotion. Not really sure how well it works, but its slightly bitter aroma makes me feel very relaxed. However, the glass bottle mouth is not very convenient to pour, so I replaced it with another bottle. Anyway, it is still a really good product for me.

All Star Toner
I use this toner after cleansing and before applying serum. It is absorbed quickly and leaves my skin feeling soft. I picked this for the niacinamide, to help with skin tone and oil control. This toner is ideal for oily-combination or blemish-prone skin, and I use this for am and pm.

Good
The toner smells good, but you need to get used to it at the beginning when you use it. I thought it’s moisturising is good, definitely worth to try……
I also used the cleaning milk of Aesop, it’s good too, I have dry combination skin, and that facial cleanser is very clean.

Solid toner
It’s always hard to give specific credit to a toner in your skin’s appearance, but this toner didn’t make me break out, which is a good sign. It’s actually quite soothing and does a good job of cleaning your skins. The smell might put people off but I quite liked it.

I’m in two minds…
This felt very nice on application - didn’t sting at all, as it shouldn’t I suppose given that it is just a toner. My skin felt very nice afterwards, I’m just not sure whether using a sample this size gives an idea of how the product would be long-term. So for that reason, I probably wouldn’t purchase. I also already have enough stages to my routine!
