Superstar Sneaker (Women)

You've definitely seen a lot of fashion girls wearing this shoe in 2016 and there's so many reasons why. The 90's are back (if you couldn't tell), Athleisure became an official word in the dictionary, and women are looking for equal comfort as men have. As a woman, I wear this shoe with jeans, sweats, dresses, shorts - if I was a nun I would wear these under my Holy habit. Sizes run about a 1/2 size big. I'm typically an 8, and had to get a 71/2. They slip a tad bit without socks on. Enjoy being a superstar once you purchase.

I grew up on Run DMC, and the Superstar sneaker is reminiscent of that time. I’ll proudly rock my Superstars with medical scrubs and my white coat. I wear a size 9 women’s, and initially ordered a size 9 but had to return for an 8.5. This shoe runs large for women so try half size smaller for the perfect fit. The width is good, the toe box is nice and comfy. Shoe isn’t heavy. Just a cool classic style of Addidas.

I owned a pair of Superstars in 1999 and they were, hands down, my favorite sneakers ever--they go with everything and make your feet look small. But they're really hard to find in women's sizes, so I was excited to see these. Sadly, they sold out in the black/white in my size, but I ordered the all white to see what the sizing is like in case the black/white come back in stock. For size reference, a women's 6.5 in the superstar is a euro 38, so a 6.5 in these would best fit a woman who normally wears a 7.5. Hope this helps with the size confusion. In the meantime, please order more, Nordstrom!

I really want to love adidas sneakers but the fit is just off for me. I have tried sizes 5 5, 6, 6.5. My normal size is 6.5 but all the sizes I have tried, my heels would pop out when I walked in them. I tried wearing them with heel pads/cushions but it only squished my toes uncomfortably against the front of the shoes and If I run or sprint, my heels still popped out. Sadly I had to return them.
