I love it!
Just got it today for a rainy afternoon. It’s large enough for a sweat shirt under, but still slim looking. It is the perfect light layer on a rainy day. It covers the hips which is good for all this torrential rain lately in CA.

Nice but too narrow in the hips.
This is a nice rain jacket, but the cut did not work for me. The shoulders are a bit wide and the hip is quite narrow. Not suited to my slightly pear-shaped body.

Cute, but narrow in hips
I got this jacket in green and it is so cute. I sized up to a Large based on some other comments as I'm usually a medium. It is way too narrow in the hips and I will return. I wanted to be able to layer underneath on an overseas trip and the narrow cut will make that hard.

Almost perfect
This is great rain jacket. I like that there's some fleece lining in the pockets and around the collar. It's nice that it's actually waterPROOF. It's is a little bit on the slim side (I'm between a small and medium, and went with medium for this). You can wear a sweater under it, but nothing too bulky. What I hated was the branding on the upper sleeve. It's just tacky. I don't want to be a walking advertisement. I ended returning it.

This Helly Hansen coat is well-made, classy looking and fun to wear. I love the coat in black….hope to purchase the white, too. The coat zips up and also has snaps — it’s a “cozy” coat! Material is good quality and looks great. Sizing is accurate. I don’t usually like attached hoods, but this one actually looks very nice.
