not what is described

Although this is a gorgeous bag, and definitely a great size to fit my laptop and other work essentials, the description states that it has a detachable/adjustable strap shoulder strap with silver hardware. It also says that it has a zipper closure, but it does not have any of that. if those things were actually a part of the bag and included, it would be just the perfect bag for Work.
