Abstract Beaded Long Sleeve Evening Gown

This dress is beautiful however I found the sizing to be very odd. I’ve worn many Mac duggal sizes before and am usually a size four or two. Two when I want a more fitted look. I ordered a size 4 and it was quite short. And the under layer appeared longer than the tulle. Very very odd. I thought maybe it was the security tag. Therefore I called customer service and asked if I could remove the tag because I felt like it was getting in the way of my ability to try it on. They allowed me to take off the tags but told me if the dress appeared used they will not allow me the return. Fair enough I was just trying it on in my home. But still very short. So I pitched a second one and that one was in fact longer but had too much spare in the waist area. Still not consistent with the sizing. But what can I do. I took back both. Also I’m 5’3 so formal gowns don’t usually run short on me.
