Amazing support

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a hairstylist and these sandals have been amazing. I’m able to stand all day in these and they give me amazing support and I am a 58-year-old Hairstylist that’s fully booked working eight hour days five days a week.

Seller (not Nordstrom) slow in shipping

I ordered these and two other pairs off the Nordstrom website but unbeknownst to me they were actually sold and shipped by Walking Co, on Nov 28 and they were said to be delivered on December 4 - since they were all to be gifts, two to be given on Dec 5, this was ideal. December 4 came and went with no delivery, even though Fed Ex had on their website for entire day that they would be delivered on Dec 4. Now they are to arrive December 9, IF they arrive on December 9, that will be 12 days from order to delivery, seems excessively long for a Nordstrom product... Next time I will be sure the product is indeed being sold and shipped by Nordstrom or I will not order

wide rubber pool slide

These are way too wide for my non-narrow feet. The look seems dressier than the actual shoe which seems more like a pool slide. Returning.

Run Wide and Slow to Refund

These shoes run very wide. Note: They're sold through Nordstrom by a third party via Nordstrom Marketplace. The return was free, but the turn around time to get a refund is ridiculous. I sent them back via FedEx, they received them within a few days and they're still sitting in their warehouse waiting to be processed days later.

Heavy and digs

These shoes are so cute and comfy initially. However, they are heavy and digs in at the opening at the base of the toes when walking. I returned this style and bought the ones with the ankle strap. They are sewn differently with more padding in that area and are wonderful.

Not right for me

Really nice slide, just not for me. My issues are high instep and plantar fasciitis. The unlined underside of the vamp tore the top of my feet, I had to add mole skin to wear it. Whatever the ball in the arch is supposed to do didn't help. My right foot couldn't find a comfortable place to position itself.
