STILL WAITING
Originally bought on November 28, expected delivery was to be December 4 for birthday gifts on Dec 5. Didn't arrive on Dec 4. New 'expected delivery' date was December 9. Well it's Dec 9, and surprise, no Walking Co shoes, now 'expected delivery date December 10... I've NEVER waited this long for an order from Nordstrom, and I expected this product to be from Nordstrom - but the seller and shipper IS NOT Nordstrom, even though I ordered three pairs off the Nordstrom website. I am a very long time Nordstrom customer from California, but I will never order another product off the website without ensuring it is from Nordstrom directly and am unlikely to order anything from Walking Co every again...

High arch
I love Walking Company.Don't understand why the Laguna Thin Strap that I bought have such a pronounce arch that does not allow me to have them on for more than a few seconds. I have purchased other Laguna's, not thin strap though, and did not have that problem. Unfortunately, they are sitting in my closet forever forgotten.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shoe has been in my wardrobe for many years. They last very well, and are great kick around. Sizes are a tiny bit large, so doesn't fit quite as snug as it could. Very comfy tho.
