Don't Buy!
Do not buy this dress! While it is beautiful, this is a scam. I bought three dresses to try on for a wedding, kept 1 and returned the other two. My refund was issued for one of my returns but not this return. Apparently, this dress was returned "damaged" which is absolutely incorrect. I spoke with customer service, and they said there is nothing they can do about it. This dress was in PERFECT condition. They will literally be able to resell this dress, but yet kept my $400. DON'T BUY THIS DRESS, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE OF BEING SCAMMED. I am truly disappointed. Please note, when this dress arrived, the box had be opened and retaped and the hanger was broken. I inspected the dress and because there was no damage, I didn't report this. In hindsight, I should have. I'm really really disappointed in Nordstroms for this and will not buy from a company that is reselling a perfect dress and marking things as damaged to the buyer when in mint condition.
