Poor packaging !
Koala Bear jellycat is super cute!
The problem was the shipping!!! I specifically ordered from Nordstrom as I have ordered items before. I expected good service and certainly better packaging ….i marked it as a gift.
It was not in a box…..it was tightly packaged in a plastic bag and arrived squished.
The bear holds a stiff envelope with a card- it arrived bent in several places.
It took forever to arrive. They state a week delivery.
Delivery took much longer!
I don’t have time to order a replacement. It took considerable time to fluff the body and the head, as well as the pink fluffy ears. It’s not great, but will have to do.
Very disappointing….i will not order from Nordstrom !
