Bad design aesthetic.
Taste is subjective, and these are good for people who need a shoe that’s “comfortable” but in terms of style, they are horrendous I agree with the reviews who say it looks like uniform shoe and feels like they were trying to be cool, but it looks dated and proportion of heel and toe is so old looking.

Great comfortable all night shoe
These might be basic but they are so comfortable that I now typically swap out my trendy and cute but brutal shoes for these when I know I'm going to be in heels for a long time. Easy to walk in and easy to dress up or wear with jeans. Super versatile.

Inflated Price and Non-Existent Customer Service
The shoe is lovely, but it runs small/narrow and Nordstrom does not carry them in W width. I thought they would be fine as they are leather. I found them on cole haan’s website for 119-129 depending on color and they come in wide. I contacted Nordstrom customer service. First, the bot … not helpful. Then the rep — after waiting for her to do her research - 15 minutes later, she came back and requested all kinds of information from me. It’s simple enough to return these shoes so that’s what I’m going to do, and then I can purchase them directly.

Best high heel.
I wear high heels all day, every day. This one is the most comfortable, yet stylish that I have ever found. I sent this to all of my friends. My favorite heel height is about 3.5 inches. This heel is a bit more stable without being chunky. The inside is the most padded that I’ve ever found. Everything is great. I will be looking to see if they have other colors. Highly recommend.
