Floral Button-Up Top

Loved this top but for women with large breasts this wasn’t the top for me. The fit in the arms was a little snug as well. I really wanted to love it but it just wasn’t flattering. The style and color were pretty. Sadly had to return.

I love this top - it is so feminine and has pretty details. I bought the blue lace ditsy pattern. I will agree with a previous reviewer who said it isn't great for women with large chests, though. I have a classic hourglass figure with a large bust and I'm on the shorter side. The half tuck doesn't work for me with this shirt-sticks out weirdly and it is dowdy when untucked. I kept it only because I plan to hem it and I might take in the sides to nip in the waist. But, that's a lot of work for an already expensive shirt. If you have a body like the models or B cup or less I think it would be perfect. I love the details, pattern, and sleeves so much though that I'm going to try to make it work for me.

I purchased the small and the medium to wear for Mother’s Day. When they arrived I decided on keeping the medium but it was a little bit dirty so I washed it according to the instructions and it FADED so badly I couldn’t wear it. I returned them both.

PROS: floral pattern and design / cut of blouse, length CONS: the polyester material. I've reached the era of my life where quality and fabric really matter. I'll pay a bit more for it. This feels like 90s Forever 21 trash I would have gotten for $11. Returned.

I originally ordered this top in my usual size Medium at a price of $46.98 (not including tax). However, the blouse was too big, so I ordered it again in a size Small. It fit, so I kept the Small and returned the Medium. Imagine my surprise when reviewing my Nordstrom account to find out that the size Small cost $62.65 - a price difference of $15.67! Exact same blouse, just different size. Unfortunately, I just wore the size Small blouse yesterday or I would return it. I didn't expect Nordstrom to charge MORE for a sale blouse in a smaller size. Will have to pay closer attention in future because the blouse is nice, but not worth $62.65!
