Grand Ambition Angelica Pointed Toe Pump

I ordered these because I wanted a lower heel for those days in the office when I'm running around all day. They fit the bill! Nice heel. Fit is perfect. I'm a 9-9.5 and I ordered a 9.5.

The shoe is lovely, but it runs small/narrow and Nordstrom does not carry them in W width. I thought they would be fine as they are leather. I found them on cole haan’s website for 119-129 depending on color and they come in wide. I contacted Nordstrom customer service. First, the bot … not helpful. Then the rep — after waiting for her to do her research - 15 minutes later, she came back and requested all kinds of information from me. It’s simple enough to return these shoes so that’s what I’m going to do, and then I can purchase them directly.

These might be basic but they are so comfortable that I now typically swap out my trendy and cute but brutal shoes for these when I know I'm going to be in heels for a long time. Easy to walk in and easy to dress up or wear with jeans. Super versatile.

I don't normally wear heels, but these felt comfortable right out of the box. The heel looks very elegant and sturdy, and my foot fits in the toebox nicely without discomfort. The insole is cushioned throughout, and feels secure when I walk. Amazing silhouette and fit!

I can’t believe this, Nordstrom sent me one shoe, just a left shoe! The package came in a plastic shipping bag and the one shoe was moving around inside of the shoe box when I picked up the package! There’s a label and a left shoe inside. This is so crazy, how could you mess up an order like this? Anyone should feel the oddness when they carry the shoe box, is this a joke?
