cute and comfy
These are cute and comfy, and I get a ton of compliments. Someone else who has them told me if the soles get scuffed you can use a magic eraser on them, which works like a charm.

Came destroyed
The shoe box was completely ripped apart and the shoes I received were stained and dirty. Maybe shouldn’t ship a shoe box in a bag?

The shoe box was completely ripped apart and the shoes I received were stained and dirty. Maybe shouldn’t ship a shoe box in a bag?

Love but...not so much
These are so cute! But...the light rose color gets soooo dirty!!!! I'm talking the slightest, tiniest little bump onto something and there's black marks. The white part gets filthy too. I want to be able to wear these and not have to worry about it.

USED SHOES
Nordstrom sent me USED birks. Like they tried to scrub off the black from the bottom of the shoe but the scuff marks are still there. You can see the toe imprints and the fabric is completely worn off. I’m disgusted. Nordstrom used to be classy - trashy now
