I had a thinning spot
I had a thinning spot in my hair from years ago. Within three months of using the product I had new hair re growing in my thinning area. I highly recommend this product!

Definitely took longer than expected
Definitely took longer than expected to arrive (like almost 2 weeks) , and the packaging was flimsy. I am excited to try something to grow my hair out to reach a new goal length, I just want to see if it works! Offered by hum

Such a great hair supplement
Such a great hair supplement for anyone who wants it easy and affordable. No mess or fuss with oils and droppers like other regimens. Literally just one a day and within a few months you will notice a difference in your hair density and growth.

Great for supporting hair health
This product was gifted by HUM Nutrition in exchange for my honest opinions. I was interested to try this product because my hair has become a little thinner and I wanted to make sure that I am doing all that I can to keep my hair healthy. I like these vitamins a lot. I appreciate that they are vegan and don't contain any unnecessary ingredients. I also like that the results are backed by a clinical study. I just started taking the vitamins so I haven't noticed any change just yet, but regardless, I'm happy to know that I am getting enough nutrients like vitamin B12 and zinc to keep me and my hair healthy.

Great results!
After several years of hair dye and heat damage my hair has become very damaged and it has made my hair fall out and is very hard to grow out. After trying the HUM hair strong capsules I was very surprised by the results my hair has felt healthier and have seen a noticeable change in fullness and length.
