Pebble gray isn’t a true medium gray, like the photo. It’s a light beige gray, neutral in overall tone but could lean warm or cool depending on what it’s paired with. Honestly, it’s prettier than the color in the photo, but quite different so I wanted to call it out. I’m 5’10” and the sweater is shorter on me than I’d hoped, hits barely below a mid-rise waistband. Other than its length it fits TTS. I’m a US12 and the Large was just right, still looked loose and boxy per the style. The knit looks chunky but the sweater is actually quite thin. Not see-through thin, just delicate and lightweight. I can’t speak to how badly it pills, as I’m on the fence about keeping it so haven’t worn it. I’m on the fence because, while it’s very pretty and polished, it’s very prone to static, probably because of how thin it is. It clings to whatever tank or bra I wear underneath, which changes the boxy silhouette. Dry air is a reality in winter where I live, so I’m not sure how to overcome this. I doubt static guard is okay for cashmere this delicate. It’s also not likely to be an especially warm sweater, due to its weight. Probably better for places with warmer, more humid winters than mine.
