Size up 1-2 sizes!
I ordered my daughter’s usual size and the size up and they were both too small. I am now waiting for the next size up to come back in stock so I can order it since it was a Christmas gift. One of the shoes came very scuffed, it was no way acceptable, but Nordstrom was great about it so no complaints there other than some extra work for the exchange. I’d try these out in person for sizing.

Sizing is Very Off
This was a Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter, but I ended up returning them. I sized up one whole size, but even then they were too small. I reordered when they were back in stock, sizing up two sizes at this point. I was sent a box that had the information handwritten on it, and shoes that were two sizes smaller than the ones I reordered. I was not happy, and my daughter was super disappointed. This was one of her number one gift choices for Christmas, but we are giving up on these shoes.
