Excellent Purchase!
Backpack is excellent quality, and I can't wait to use it for work and travel. It has multiple compartments for everything that I carry with me. They thought of everything when designing this backpack. It is definitely on the pricey side and I struggled with making the purchase, but it was well worth it.

Poor strap design
The design is beautiful and the internal structure works well for my needs. The straps do slide and do not tighten adequately so the bag does not sit well against my back. This is an unfortunate flaw given the cost of this bag.

Great backpack.
I love my new Tumi backpack. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. It is lightweight and stylish.. I like being able to get access to my water bottle from the outside without having to open up the backpack. And I just found a little spot where you can put your phone near the top.

Love this back but …
I love this bag , it keeps me very organized while traveling during my work week. It has a spot for all the things I carry keys , phone , water bottle , cards etc… the only thing that I’m dissatisfied with is the straps , I wish they could draw them tighter , as they might the bag sit a little low on your back. Yes they are adjustable but not tight enough , I do carry a water bottle but it’s small maybe it’s the weight factor not sure.
