Conceal & Go Nail Color Set USd $40 Value

Prior to purchasing this set, I read reviews on the company’s website. They were all amazing, so I decided to give it a try. The illuminating base cost- love it. Camouflages imperfections on the nail and allows you to wear jelly type polishes without seeing the nail. I could see this being worn on its own too. The gel genius top coat- it’s a big no for me. It applies nicely, has a nice brush, looks well upon application, but that’s about it. The product website, nor the Nordstrom website state that this is a quick dry top coat. However they also do not state that you need a UV/LED lamp to cure it. With that being said, I applied a thin coat of the gel genius top coat and probably 5-6 hours later something bumped onto my nail and then I had a divot in the polish. With that much time from application, that shouldn’t have happened. I’ll still use the base coat, but the top coat will not be used again.

I've been looking at this for weeks and hesitated because of the price. I finally bought it and the hype is true! I wear my nails short and usually go with Ballet Slippers or a similar milky sheer color. I found it easy to apply because the brush has a wider shape. It really looks good, not streaky, and the top coat gives a lot of shine. I'm using this from now on. Buy it - you won't regret it.
