PRX Bracelet Watch, 40mm

This Tissot PRX may be the best watch I have ever owned! So far, my PRX has been through a lot, without more than a few small scratches on the bracelet. The crystal is incredible! I'm a big guy with big (9 inch) wrists. The PRX feels like an extension of my hand. This watch is so comfortable, that I've fallen asleep in it. When I had to work on my toilet at home, because of a malfunction, I forgot I had it on. Because of the water resistance, I was fully comfortable washing it off with antibacterial soap and water once I remembered. I have taken this watch camping, and to the office. It looks as good with a polo shirt as a plaid flannel as a sport coat. This watch has been in hot tubs and showers. In comparison, I've had another watch that I loved the design of that never fit me quite right. It's gone through 17 bands in five years. I think its triangular shape didn't help there. Its mineral glass crystal got scuffed within the first week of ownership. The gold plating is already wearing off. There's a rugged watch designed for the outdoors that is a fraction of the price, that tends to lose five minutes within the first month of ownership. Its ticking is loud enough that it can be heard on a nightstand. This Tissot has survived my ownership. I would say it "takes a licking, and keeps on ticking", but that's another company's trademark, and this watch doesn't tick loudly.
