PRX Bracelet Watch, 40mm

Loved it, but ultimately upgraded to the Powermatic version. This watch is awesome though!

This Tissot PRX may be the best watch I have ever owned! So far, my PRX has been through a lot, without more than a few small scratches on the bracelet. The crystal is incredible! I'm a big guy with big (9 inch) wrists. The PRX feels like an extension of my hand. This watch is so comfortable, that I've fallen asleep in it. When I had to work on my toilet at home, because of a malfunction, I forgot I had it on. Because of the water resistance, I was fully comfortable washing it off with antibacterial soap and water once I remembered. I have taken this watch camping, and to the office. It looks as good with a polo shirt as a plaid flannel as a sport coat. This watch has been in hot tubs and showers. In comparison, I've had another watch that I loved the design of that never fit me quite right. It's gone through 17 bands in five years. I think its triangular shape didn't help there. Its mineral glass crystal got scuffed within the first week of ownership. The gold plating is already wearing off. There's a rugged watch designed for the outdoors that is a fraction of the price, that tends to lose five minutes within the first month of ownership. Its ticking is loud enough that it can be heard on a nightstand. This Tissot has survived my ownership. I would say it "takes a licking, and keeps on ticking", but that's another company's trademark, and this watch doesn't tick loudly.

This watch is incredible! It's incredibly comfortable and durable! The 10 bar water resistance is fantastic! It's already been through a camping trip and an unexpected plumbing repair (and it washed off so easily!) It fits my big (9 inch) wrists so well that no adjustments were required!

Looks great, has a nice heft to it, and the Nordstrom rep helped size it perfectly on my wrist. Not too loose not too tight.

For this style of elegance cannot beat price point
