Skin Squad^™ Pre+Probiotic Dietary Supplement

My husband has a condition on his feet where dry weather leads to cracking. He has seen different dermatologists over the least 20 years, and no solution, as he's had this since he was a child. I'm a molecular biologist and reviewed the scientific literature on the strains of bacteria in this supplement. There is evidence supporting these strains help with dryness and provide a protective barrier. It has been 2 months since my husband has taken this supplement, and no cracking. HUM is excellent. I use other probiotics from HUM and I have seen results also in unexpected ways. Just wanted to share.

HUM is my go-to for supplements. I never get any unwanted side effects (happens a lot with supplements in general for me) and appreciate their clean and clinically proven approach. This one is a long time favorite of mine. I have digestive issues and horrible constipation (sorry TMI) so this pre+probiotic really appealed to me. IT WORKS. I was more regular within 4 days. No bloating or cramping either. I’ve tried tons of probiotics and this one and their other one are the only ones that have actually worked and without unpleasant side effects. I can’t really say for sure if it helped with my skin, but it does look brighter and isn’t as reactive. Overall, I just feel healthier, lighter, and am going to the bathroom regularly. I find the capsules easy to swallow with no gross aftertaste. Definitely highly recommend! (I received a bottle complimentary from HUM, but I have purchased this multiple times myself).

was so excited to try HUM Nutrition Pre+ Probiotics because I’ve always heard such great things about their products! My main reason I was so excited to try this product out was due to my gut health. It hasn’t always been normal, which has resulted in bloating for me and that’s not fun! I love that this brand believes in helping the body from the inside out as I always believe that’s the best way to go because whatever you put on the inside reflects the outside. So I’ve been taking the supplements for a little over 2 1/2 - weeks now. I’m honestly blown away at the results of my bloating! I want to order a back up.. I was so impressed with the results first I noticed my stomach bloating started going away after the two week mark, I started noticing some acne I had on my chin is also improving! I love that I now have much more confidence like I used to thanks to these supplements, now my stomach is back to just about almost completely flat again!
