RADA FRENCH KNIFE, VEG. PEELERS, TOMATO SLICER, CHEESE SLICER, CARVING FORK, TONGS
I do a lot of slicing and dicing, and most often grab my french chef knife! As with ALL Rada knives, it stays plentY sharp and makes quick work of the slicing and dicing. It feels right and comfortable in my hand, not too heavy. I have had one for a long time and just recently bought a second one!! I have the silver handled ones, my preference. I do Not put my good knives in the dishwasher as someone told me years ago that they will not stay sharp if washed in the dishwasher. Yes, the handle has turned from it's original shine and although I might like it to stay the nice satin finish, that's not a big deal. LOVE this knife!!
i have been a huge fan of Rada kitchen utensils for Years, since buying my first one (the Cheese slicer) at a little craft store in Kingsland, TX!! Now I have a fair collection, including the Deluxe Veg. Peeler (have THREE) which I have found to be THE BEST peeler Ever. I am 79 years old so I am speaking from a Lot of kitchen experience !!
Rada kitchen tongs are also a favorite in my kitchen! They hold up better than many I have tried!!
My family Loves cheese and I have tried many cheese slicers - the Rada Cheese slicer is THE ONE I grab anymore!
The Rada Tomato Slicer has more uses than just slicing tomatoes! It is Wonderful for slicing a sausage log into patties, etc.
The handles on Rada kitchen utensils seem to be molded with the utensil and I have NEVER had one to come loose as with some other brands of kitchen utensils!!
I have given Rada kitchen utensils to my daughter, dtr inlaw, and granddaughters as I want them to have the best also!! There is NO Need to go spend a fortune on kitchen utensils - Rada IS Quality at a very reasonable price. Thank You Rada!! Do I recommend Rada Products? MOST Definitely!!

These are excellent quality and the knife holds a edge very well. The handles just don't feel right for me. Others that I have let use them are happy with them but I'm just not comfortable with them.
