Cowl Neck Velour Top

This was my holiday at home outfit since it also has matching bottoms. The tag at the neck had to be removed due to the sharp edges. I washed it on delicate cycle and delicate dry. It shrunk up like a cropped top!! Nordstroms approved a return over the phone knowing what I just wrote. I was emailed a return to use for both items. Nordstroms Rack ended up refusing my return of both items. Nordstroms had the cashier on the phone back and forth between cashier, store manager and the resolve was…Let the store manager decide. I was declined since my return wasn’t signed by the person who approved it. This ordeal took a minimum of 20 minutes while the poor cashier was given the run around. Back & fourth and still stuck with an outfit I can’t wear.
