POOR QUALITY, disappointed
I’m really disappointed in the quality of this 14K yellow gold necklace. I don’t wear it often and yet the extension broke off early.” On and now the loop for the class has broken off as well. I always store it carefully in my jewelry box after each use, so the damage is definitely not from misuse or wear and tear. Thankfully it broke at home, so I don’t lose my charm, but that doesn’t make up for the poor craftsmanship.
Nordstrom, I’m truly let down by the quality of this time. And your third-party jewelry resource. I expect better.

Gold chain necklace
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chain is actually thinner than it appears in the picture. They also don’t give the thickness of the chain in the description which causes you to rely on the pictures that aren’t quite accurate. It’s a nice chain but I would have preferred a thicker one
