1. Unscrew the earring top from the post by turning counter-clockwise.
2. Insert the post from the back of your piercing to the front, until the flat back is resting comfortably against the back of your ear.(This may take a little extra care because the post is slightly thicker than the standard post.)
3. Align the earring top with the open front of the post and turn clockwise to tighten, using your other hand to hold the back in place.
4. Sleep, swim, sweat, and see the world with comfortable 24/7 wear.
5. We recommend checking occasionally to ensure the earring tops are still screwed on securely.

Fall out so easy & TINY!

I wanted to love these so much. They were so much tinier than I was expecting. So hard to put in. And one fell out within a week of me putting in and I lost it. It actually had fallen out once before and I luckily realized when it fell out and was able to find it, but I put them back in and it fell out again within a few days lost forever. Unfortunately would not buy again hate giving bad reviews because the jewelry was beautiful. Just was such a bummer that they didn’t stay in well.

Seeking return and refund.

I bought these heart earings for my granddaughter's 10th birthday. They looked adorable on her, the right size and with the flat back she could wear them throughout. Unfortunately, on day three of wearing them she woke up with her earlobes so swollen and infected that it was a real challenge to even find and remove the backing inside the infection. This has never happened with other gold earings so I am wondering if they are solid gold. I would like to return them for a refund. Please advice how to proceed.
