this bracelet breaks so easily
I originally got this bracelet in a size larger as a gift for my partner. The bracelet arrived broken but was clearly too long for them. I called customer service to report the issue and the best they could do is have me return it, rather than replace it. Thus, I had to wait a long time for the bracelet to arrive to them, get a refund, and then order a new one. Since I had to wait to reorder I was stuck checking the website daily for it to come back in stock. When this size smaller came it was drastically smaller and now for snug on their wrist. Still, we were just happy to have a replacement. After about two weeks, the chain connecting the clasp broke again while they were washing their hands. The bracelet is beautiful, but unrealistic if you want something to last.

Broke after less than a year
This bracelet broke within a year of wearing it. It randomly fell off my wrist, thankfully I noticed. I took it in for repair and Nordstroms charged me $32, something that I feel should have been repaired for free.

Great bracelet for everyday
I received this bracelet for Christmas, I wanted something not too bulky that I could leave on all the time. This was it, it is so sparkly and blends perfectly when I add more bracelets. I have not taken this off since I put it in on Christmas day. I shower with it, sleep with it is never in the way. A great option in my opinion.

breaks easily
I replaced this bracelet once then it broke on me when I was out at the store. I wasn’t able to find it. Poorly made

Major disappointment
This bracelet broke 3 times, each time was replaced by store. Just returned the third one, broke yet again. Not sure why they are carrying this brand, 2 other Bony Levy bracelets also broke. Certainly not Nordstrom’s quality.
