Pretty but too dainty
Purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter with the estimated arrival date in mind to get here in time for the date but being that this is sent directly from a third party seller, the package was delayed without notification which was disappointing. To make matters worse, she had hardly worn the necklace and it broke. I was expecting it to be a bit more sturdy given the price. I reached out to customer care and was basically told nothing can be done to repair it because I was outside of their warranty window. Wish some of this info was disclosed on the listing.

Good quality
I have been wanting real gold initial necklace for a while. This brand caught my eyes with sale. Good small size initial and super shiny. Love the box chain which elevates the look. My only two criticisms are: 1) wish letter pendent was a bit more weighted so to deter clasp from falling to the front; 2) would be better if chain was shorter like 16” w/o having to adjust and have that extra bit hang off the back.
