An extender is a good idea.

Items Stolen During Delivery
The bag was ripped, retaped, and the box inside was empty. I have called Nordstrom twice with no resolution. As a former customer service manager at Saks, this is unacceptable.

Not very useful
There’s a catch on one side but no loop on the other, just the very tiny chain link Impossible to use except with tiniest of chains. Did not fit any of the necklaces I wanted to use it with. Disappointing.
