• 1. Unscrew the earring top from the post by turning counter-clockwise.
• 2. Insert the post from the back of your piercing to the front, until the flat back is resting comfortably against the back of your ear.(This may take a little extra care because the post is slightly thicker than the standard post.)
• 3. Align the earring top with the open front of the post and turn clockwise to tighten, using your other hand to hold the back in place.
• 4. Sleep, swim, sweat, and see the world with comfortable 24/7 wear.
• 5. We recommend checking occasionally to ensure the earring tops are still screwed on securely.
