Perfect confirmation gift!

sizing is totally off !
I love Nordstrom I’m huge fan/customer I do get upset when things take forever to get back but yet was received in good time but not refund of it but when your upset the refund comes in a day and they expect you not to get upset because that’s the only way of getting things done when you’re being not treated as a good customer that you are and if they were to see my history, they very well know I’m a good customer everything but a credit card which I was on my way to that but with these issues I’ve been having I’m glad I held off on it otherwise I can say Nordstrom‘s great but when it comes to losing packages and things that I really wanted that nobody knows where it is so now I had to get my refund back and lose out on the pants I wanted because Nordstrom doesn’t know where it is. I can’t find it. It’s lost somewhere in shipping. Long story short I’ve been having some issues lately with refunds back with returned items. Otherwise things are great, so I think they need to really work on that part.
