Looks beautiful, but completely unwearable
This necklace is absolutely gorgeous and looks stunning when on — but unfortunately, it’s not wearable. The design constantly catches and tangles in my hair, pulling it out every time I wear it. Trying to untangle the hair from the chain is frustrating and time-consuming. It’s a shame because it looks so nice, but functionally it’s a nightmare. To make matters worse, I couldn’t return it through Nordstrom since it’s considered a third-party seller item. I would not recommend purchasing this necklace.

Cheap
I hate it! I recently won a settlement and wanted to splurge on myself. I won't be purchasing anything more from this company after this. My necklace looks like something out of a gumball machine and the links aren't tight or neat. They're all going in different directions and messy. Nothing like the model necklace.
