1 - 3 Ct T.W. Lab Grown Round Diamond Studs in 14k White, Yellow, or Gold

When I picked up these earrings, the IGI paperwork was wrong and it made me question the quality of the diamonds. The person at Nordstrom who helped me with the return said that it’s a marketplace vendor and product so Nordstrom really doesn’t have anything to do with it. I’ll definitely look more closely the next time I find an item on Nordstrom.com!

I hate to write a negative review. I love Nordstrom and will continue being their customer. I purchased these earrings under the impression they were being sold directly by Nordstrom, but they were actually from the Marketplace. They arrived via FedEx in a Pompeii brand box with a simple receipt. Although they were advertised as lab-grown diamonds, the earrings lacked sparkle and appeared bland. The pushback design felt loose and the receipt did not reference “Bliss,” the brand I was expecting. Additionally, the earrings did not include a certificate of authenticity or any documentation to verify their quality. Unfortunately, my diamond tester was broken, so I asked a Nordstrom manager to test them. However, they could not locate their diamond tester. Overall, I was very disappointed with this purchase. I ended up returning the earrings to my local Nordstrom. This experience has left me questioning the Marketplace’s reliability for high-value items.

I am in love with these earrings! They are beautiful and quite comfortable to wear. I have not taken them off since they arrived. Truthfully, I have wanted these my entire adult life and that’s a long time. There was always something more pressing to do with the money but these lab grown diamonds allowed me to make my dream come true. I highly recommend them! Your ears will love you for it.
