poor craftsmanship and customer service
This is made by Pompeii3 and sold under the company bliss diamond. The necklace is really pretty,
However mine came with a crooked diamond. I tried to get it corrected by the company that makes it and bliss, however neither would help me. Nordstrom offered to fix it at their jeweler or one of my
Choice but I would have had to pay out of pocket and then wait for reimbursement. The local Nordstrom was a hour away from me so that was an unappealing offer as well. It’s nice looking and sparkly but if yours comes with defects don’t expect even subpar customer service.
