Our Approach to Impact
Our strategy is centered on the issues most relevant to Nordstrom and those on which we have the greatest influence. Every two years, we conduct a materiality assessment to better understand our impact on society and the planet and to ensure our efforts can generate positive impact, align with long-term business resilience and meet stakeholder expectations.
