The Nordy Club is Nordstrom's rewards program, and gives members exclusive benefits in the form of rewards, such as Nordy Club points, Nordstrom Notes, services, experiences and event access.
Membership in The Nordy Club is available to any United States resident who is at least 18 years old and can provide valid and accurate personal information, such as email address and phone number, when joining the program. Corporations, groups and associations are not eligible for membership in The Nordy Club.
Yes, there's no cost to become a member of The Nordy Club.
You can join online any time or by asking a salesperson in any of our stores.
To join as a member, all you need is your first name, last name, mobile number and email address. To join as a cardmember, you'll be asked for additional personal information to complete an application for a Nordstrom credit card. Becoming a cardmember is subject to credit approval.
When joining as either a member or cardmember, we'll send a text message to verify the mobile number you provide. If you need help with joining, please ask your salesperson or give us a call at 1.888.282.6060.
Yes, we use your mobile number and email to identify you as a member and also to notify you of your benefits and any changes. You'll also use your mobile number at checkout to earn points on your purchases. Please ensure your mobile number and email are always up to date so you don't miss out on any of your benefits.
No, you may join The Nordy Club as a member and without applying for a Nordstrom credit card. If you're interested in the exclusive benefits offered to Nordy Club cardmembers, you can apply for a Nordstrom credit card.
Yes, once you apply for a Nordstrom credit card, you're automatically enrolled as a member of The Nordy Club. If your card application is approved, you'll join the Nordy Club as a cardmember with instant Influencer status or above and access to exclusive cardmember benefits.

To earn points at Nordstrom and Nordstrom Local, we encourage you to always self-identify as a member of The Nordy Club. Self-identifying will also allow you to apply Notes and/or access other benefits when shopping with us.
In store: Use your Nordstrom card for purchases, or tell your salesperson you're a Nordy Club member and provide the mobile number associated with your Nordy Club account.
Online: Use your Nordstrom card for purchases, or make sure you're signed in when checking out and that your Nordy Club and online shopping accounts are all associated with the same mobile number. If you check out as a guest, you can self-identify by paying with your Nordstrom card.
